My Approach: I work with people in a cycle of reflection and action. Through meditation you will learn and practice four foundations of mindfulness. With guidance, you will build a skill-set conducive to deploying fresh insights in real-time at work and beyond. Over time, you will increase your capacity to ride the dynamics of constant change, and act more calmly, strategically and effectively.
Goals, related actions and milestones are jointly defined.
Administration: A written contract outlines goals and outcomes and (if appropriate) sponsor management (E.g. HR Department).
Interim and Final Evaluation: We evaluate progress toward
agreed upon outcomes, make mid-course corrections and wrap up the engagement
with a final evaluation.
